Again, I'm not saying what the Canadians did was cheating, or worthy of a disqualification. But it doesn't seem fair that you can do what they did, but you can't accidentally click skates with an opponent while making a gold-medal pass.

Is there a deposit required for incidental charges on check-in at Excalibur?
Q. Has anyone stayed here? Did they only charge your credit/debit card for the room upon check-in, or was there an additional deposit required for incidentals? I asked the hotel and they seem to be confused by my question. :)

A. Most of the Hotels in Vegas do place a hold / deposit. Excalibur does hold - $20 per day but if you request to have you card "closed" they will not place any holds on your card but you will not be able to charge the room for anything Also here are a few others: The Jockey Club does not The Imperial Palace does not South Point Casino - $100 per stay The Orleans - $50 per day Palms - $100 per day -M

Is there anywhere that you can find listings of incidental music used on television programmes in the UK?
Q. I keep hearing a piece of music on TV at the moment, on various programmes and would like to know what it is.

A. Well there are many places, if you go to the show websites - like the oc - where they have listings on tunes that have played on the shows, OR if it's on adverts at all i recommend www.commercialbreaksandbe ats.co.uk as it has most listings for songs on most adverts shown in the UK. Hope that helps!

Should third parties sign contracts and would it include incidental beneficiaies ?

A. There is no reason for any party that does not have obligations under the contract to sign. Incidental beneficiaries are usually impossible to identify in advance. Often they can't be identified after the fact.
